Uma seleção dos arquivos da Cardinal Collection por Drope2020

Para a segunda edição do Book Lab, a Cardinal Collection Gallery convidou DROPE2020 a criar uma exposição na montra, explorando o arquivo para refletir sobre como os autocolantes podem definir a criação de um livro de diferentes formas.

Através de uma seleção de 20 livros, a exposição apresenta uma variedade de conceitos, desde ao estilo convencional dos álbuns de autocolantes, a uma abordagem mais artística sobre como criar uma narrativa, bem como temas simples sobre autocolantes.

Nesta exposição, DROPE2020 reforça o conceito do autocolante como forma de arte por si só e estabelece uma ligação entre o autocolante e o mundo do livro de artista, em sintonia com a anterior exposição «Book Lab» na Cardinal Collection.

DROPE2020 é o alter ego por trás de um projeto que propõe um mapeamento alternativo da cidade de Lisboa, onde o autocolante é o objeto que permite interpretar a relação entre os agentes de vivência e o espaço público. DROPE2020 lançou recentemente um livro de artista sobre o arquivo pessoal de autocolantes.
