Levantamento de um sonho brings together the works of Ruben Carneiro and Carolina de Carvalho in a space where image approaches dream and sensation.

Moving between painting and digital illustration, the artists construct ambiguous scenarios suspended between the real and the imaginary. The figures that emerge from these worlds do not narrate linear stories; instead, they evoke fleeting emotional states and internal tensions.

The exhibition becomes a point of convergence between emotional resonance and the artists’ procedural practices, where meaning is not fixed but felt. Through this shared terrain, their works also engage with contemporary concerns such as identity and cultural heritage.
